Reins-N-Hands is a Texas nonprofit corporation providing a holistic child-focused learning center developing social, physical, emotional, and cognitive skills with horses and mules under the care and guidance of skilled professionals within a friendly environment. Offering hope and opportunities to a future generation that they might not otherwise experience.

 

While we will not offer animal therapy for children, many benefits come from children working with animals. Many children have limited opportunities to explore and enjoy the outdoor world, especially where animals are involved.

 

The well-being, safety, development, and success of our children are our highest priority.  We strive to provide our students with a lens to view their potential and the best opportunities to succeed in all areas of their lives.

 

In the future, one of our desires is to expand into calf sorting, including competitive events that would be held throughout the year. One of our top priorities is providing the best possible experience for our students and keeping our animals healthy and safe.

 

Our total budget for this project and this year’s expenses are significant, we are kindly asking for your help by investing in future generations. Becoming a partner with Reins-N-Hands is giving hope and offers opportunities many would never experience.

 

Our budget covers food, Ferrier, veterinarian, fuel, and equipment upkeep. We are excited to announce, we just signed an offer to purchase 4.4 acres to build a covered arena, tack room, equine stables, and RV spots for overnight events and people traveling through with animals. As we expand into other available events our expendables will increase to cover venues, land lease for calf…etc.
